The Firuza Foundation, a beacon of philanthropy and compassion, was officially registered in Amsterdam under the laws of the Kingdom of Netherlands and granted ANBI status in 2024. Our founder, Nasib Hasanov, has touched countless lives, by individual donations or contributions from the companies he owned. Firuza Foundation is an independent philanthropic institution established by Nasib Hasanov, founder and sole owner of NEQSOL Holding and Inviglob Holding.
As a renowned philanthropist with purpose-driven acts of giving back to society, our founder Nasib Hasanov encouraged his companies invest in significant social programs. As a self-made businessperson, Mr. Hasanov structured his business investments under two organizations, namely NEQSOL Holding, and Inviglob Holding.
Inviglob is based in Dubai, functions as a hub for new investment ventures as well as the family office of the founder. NEQSOL Holding, is an international group of companies employing 12,000 people in 11 countries. NEQSOL Holding has 3 head offices, located in Amsterdam (Netherlands), Baku (Azerbaijan) and Kyiv (Ukraine).
NEQSOL Holding, and its subsidiaries invested about $50 million between 2019-2023 to support social impact programs in Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Türkiye, and Georgia.

Firuza Foundation operates with a lean group of individuals who are based in diverse geographies. More than 50% of our Supervisory & Advisory Board is made by independent members. Our team consists of individuals who are employed by the Firuza Foundation while drawing support from voluntary contributions of colleagues employed by Inviglob Holding, which operates as the Family Office of our founder, Nasib Hasanov.
